Terms of Service
Agreement outlining licensing, usage, boundaries, and policies.
Welcome to LearnAE. Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms") carefully before accessing or using the website located at learnae.org (and its subdomains including associated platforms, workflows, and portals, collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Service"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between LearnAE Systems Group ("LearnAE", "we", "us", or "our") and you, whether acting individually as a creator, solopreneur, or as an authorized representative of a corporate entity, marketing department, or agency ("User", "Client", "Licensee", or "you").
By registering for, purchasing, accessing, or interacting with any element of our Platform—including the execution of the top-of-funnel diagnostic assessment ("Video ROI Quiz") powered by our serverless scoring architectures—you express absolute and unconditioned assent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Platform, downloading any asset materials, or interacting with our APIs.
1. Definition of Platform and Service Ecosystem
In Plain English: LearnAE is an automated video production system and roadmap designed to help corporate marketing teams transition their video operations in-house.LearnAE does not operate as a standard, generalized creative entertainment or video editing educational course. The Platform functions strictly as an automated video production system, architectural framework, and structured implementation roadmap engineered to facilitate the systemic transition of corporate marketing operations from external creative agency reliance to high-efficiency, standardized, in-house video production operations.
The Service ecosystem encompasses all client-side and server-side components, including but not limited to:
- The serverless edge infrastructure running via Cloudflare Workers and database relational states handled by Cloudflare D1.
- Custom frontend diagnostic tools, localized evaluation reporting dashboards (such as
results-high.html), and centralized manager progress matrices. - Proprietary standalone executable code scripts, desktop automations, software extensions, layout templates, asset libraries, and operational playbooks distributed under licensing clauses defined herein.
2. Description of Product Tiers and Service Levels
In Plain English: We offer three pricing tiers (Owner-Producer, In-House, and Executive) with clear boundaries on support response times and consultation scope. The Platform provides three distinct software licensing and service implementation tiers. The individual contractual obligations, pricing structures, and core deliverables are categorized as follows:
| Product Tier | Pricing Model | License Scope | Primary Included Deliverables |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1: The "Owner-Producer" Video System | $1,495 USD (Or $995 USD via verified Small Business Grant) |
Single (1) User. Lifetime Access. |
|
| Tier 2: The "In-House" Video Engine | $2,995 USD One-Time Fee |
Team License. (1 Manager Workspace + Authorized Creatives) |
|
| Tier 3: The "Executive Studio" | $9,995 USD One-Time Fee |
Corporate Departmental Enterprise License |

2.1. Tier 2 Structural Boundaries & SLAs
In Plain English: Tier 2 includes asynchronous Loom video audits limited to 10 minutes per file, a 48-hour response window, and 6 months of emergency technical assistance.Clients purchasing Tier 2 are bound by specific operational caps designed to ensure platform scalability and maintaining creative director review fidelity:
- Async Project File Audits: All individual engineering reviews are conducted asynchronously using Loom or equivalent screen-capture software. Submissions must include the raw, standardized
.aepproject file or a corresponding explanatory video capture. - Audit Time Constraints: Each individual project evaluation is strictly capped at a maximum of ten (10) minutes of structural analysis. LearnAE personnel will not perform creative execution tasks for the student but will diagnose layer optimization, rigging errors, and graph editor bezier parameters on-screen.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA): LearnAE maintains a strict forty-eight (48) hour response window for video audit feedback, excluding standard statutory weekends and recognized corporate holidays.
- Emergency Support Access: Priority emergency technical assistance is granted for a duration of exactly six (6) months from the date of initial registration.
2.2. Tier 3 Enterprise Consultation Scope
In Plain English: Tier 3 acts as fractional advisors only. We do not run daily agency fulfillment (like media buying) and use bi-weekly check-in calls.Enterprise arrangements are strictly limited to fractional operations leadership and systemic installation. LearnAE operates strictly as an architectural advisor and Fractional Creative Director. General broad-scope digital marketing execution, paid media buying management, or daily outsourced ad agency fulfillment tasks are explicitly excluded. Synchronous engagements are constrained to bi-weekly forty-five (45) minute executive strategic alignment calls. Collaborative communication channels are handled via single-channel guest invitations to the Client's corporate workspace (Slack/Teams), governed tightly by designated technical response intervals defined in the custom Service Level Agreement executed upon intake.
3. Custom Edge Authentication, Security, and API Governance
In Plain English: Access to dashboards is secured via cryptographically generated 16-character keys. We use IP rate-limiting to prevent timing attacks and database constraints to protect against account takeovers. To access personal or departmental data environments (e.g., manager progress tracking spaces or results panels), the Platform utilizes a proprietary custom authentication infrastructure rooted at the edge network layer via Cloudflare Workers and D1 database queries. The system deliberately circumvents external standard multi-tenant third-party OAuth application wrappers to protect transactional velocity, pipeline alignments, and prevent performance degradations.
Upon registration via Stripe webhooks or administrative creation, the Platform programmatically mints a cryptographically secure 16-character alphanumeric token key tied strictly to the corresponding corporate workspace. The security rules governing account custody are absolute:
- Credential Confidentiality: Users are entirely responsible for preventing the leakage, sharing, or public exposure of their unique 16-character access key or dashboard parameters.
- Timing Attacks and Rate Limiting: Our backend implements specialized sliding time-window rate limiters mapping client interaction vectors (by IP address tracking) to prevent Denial of Service (DoS) exploits and brute-force cracking attempts. Any endpoint registering anomalous transaction velocities will face automatic edge isolation.
- Account Takeover (ATO) Countermeasures: Database lookup rules strictly enforce SQLite UNIQUE constraints across team roster tables. Any attempt to illegitimately overwrite token signatures or manipulate property identifiers (such as typo-correction queries) will immediately trigger database security alerts flagged for immediate administrative review.
4. Intellectual Property Rights and Code Licensing Grants
In Plain English: All templates, presets, and scripts we distribute are proprietary intellectual property. You get a non-transferable license for your internal use only, and cannot repackage or reverse-engineer them. All software assets distributed across the Platform, including the executable macro code block known as the "Bulletproof" Project Generator, Adobe After Effects Project templates (.aep structures, Master-Rigs, Brand DNA frameworks), Adobe Media Encoder compilation files (.epr presets), and standardized legal or structural markdown files are the exclusive intellectual property of LearnAE Systems Group.
Critical Restriction Notice: Under no circumstances are licenses transferable, resale-permissible, or sub-licensable to external third parties outside the designated organization boundaries.
Subject to timely payment confirmation, LearnAE grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to run, execute, download, and utilize our proprietary script blocks and structural assets strictly for internal operational commercial video production tasks. You are expressly prohibited from:
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, repackaging, or redistributing our standalone executable script code or After Effects container files for the purpose of commercial software development, competitive curriculum creation, or external template resale.
- Bypassing client-side asset barriers or programmatically extracting dynamic configuration layouts from downstream consumer engines (such as GSAP chart scripts or JSON data strings) via scraping or automation tools.
5. Billing, Payments, Processing, and Grant Approvals
In Plain English: Payments are processed via Stripe checkout webhooks. Discounts require verified eligibility, and we offer a performance-based refund policy subject to completed exercises.Financial transactions are routed through Stripe, Inc. and its subsidiary billing networks. Payment workflows automatically parse custom fields (such as client_reference_id linking unique UUID tokens) to ensure flawless backend provisioning. The following payment rules apply:
- Provisioning Trigger: Access to course modules, Skool communities, or live setup consultation components will not be rendered until the Stripe webhook payload (
checkout.session.completed) is securely processed by our edge backend worker. - Founder's Grant Discount: The availability of the $500 USD capability grant pricing (discount token code
FOUNDERGRANT500) is conditioned upon the user actively checking the explicit small business eligibility verification box at checkout. LearnAE retains a right to dynamically audit organizational scales and revoke active credentials if significant misrepresentations occur. - Refund Policy: All public and team tier implementations are backed by a specified risk-free structural guarantee. If a client attempts the full implementation architecture, executes the core workflows, and fails to realize the systemization efficiency benchmarks, a complete refund may be requested within the authorized testing window, subject to validation that the core technical exercises were fully conducted.
6. Privacy, Telemetry Tracking, and GDPR Compliance
In Plain English: We respect your privacy. Our server-side telemetry strips cookie identifiers and anonymizes PII data after 365 days.LearnAE respects corporate and individual visitor privacy boundaries. The Platform leverages a multi-layered telemetry framework utilizing Sentry for absolute exception tracking and PostHog for user experience analytics optimization.
To ensure strict adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) frameworks without sacrificing critical diagnostic insight, our tracking architecture runs a server-side reverse proxy worker at the edge subdomain t.learnae.org. This telemetry worker intercepts all analytical transactions and actively strips all incoming browser cookie tracking blocks. Client IP vectors (CF-Connecting-IP) are translated verbatim into standardized forwarding headers for server-side processing while explicitly denying the propagation of persistent corporate identifying tracking cookies.
Automated Maintenance Policy: All operational backend environments execute routine database cron cleanup scripts on a regular cycle. This system permanently anonymizes all PII records, questionnaire diagnostic trails, and personal interaction histories older than three hundred and sixty-five (365) days.
7. Limitation of Liability and Structural Disclaimers
In Plain English: We distribute all assets "as is" and disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for hardware incompatibilities, lack of employee aptitude, or machine downtime.THE PLATFORM AND ALL ASSOCIATED EXECUTABLE CODE SCRIPT BLOCKS, DESIGN SYSTEM CONFIGURATIONS, AND PLAYBOOKS ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" STRUCTURAL SPECIFICATION BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LEARNAE SYSTEMS GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LearnAE does not guarantee that your corporate hardware infrastructure will pass our technical capacity checklist or that any individual employee will possess the absolute technical aptitude necessary to master motion design mechanics. In no event shall LearnAE Systems Group, its directors, officers, or edge engineers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from machine downtime, lost campaign revenue, rendering latency delays, or the accidental loss of data assets resulting from improper file naming, cache flushing or archival protocol failure.
8. Governing Law and Severability
In Plain English: These terms are governed by standard commercial legal frameworks, and if any single provision is found invalid, the remaining clauses continue in full force. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with its subject matter shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the standard commercial legal frameworks of the operating jurisdiction of LearnAE Systems Group. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is determined by a competent legal court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be severed, leaving the remaining terms in full force and absolute contractual effect.
