- Name, email, time zone, and meeting notes

We never see or store your card details. We capture:
- Billing email and company name
- Stripe transaction IDs and any applied discount codes

- Module completion dates and self-reported confidence scores
4. Who We Share Data With
In Plain English: We share data with the service providers listed below. They process it on our behalf. We never sell your data.Our data processors are contractually required to handle your data securely and only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, database, and request routing
- Stripe, Inc. for payment processing
- Tally BV (Tally.so) for quiz and form collection
- Cal.com, Inc. for call scheduling
- Resend, Inc. for transactional and marketing emails
- PostHog, Inc. for analytics (routed via a cookie-stripping proxy)
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) for error diagnostics
5. International Transfers
In Plain English: Some of our providers are US-based, so your data may be processed in the US. We use approved legal safeguards.Several of our processors (Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, PostHog, Sentry) are US-based. All transfers outside the UK and EEA are protected by:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK and European Commission
- The UK-US Data Bridge and EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) where applicable

- Third-Party Widgets: Stripe, Cal.com, and Tally.so may set functional cookies when you interact with their embedded components.
- Analytics & Errors: PostHog and Sentry do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics data is proxied to strip identifying cookies.
- Local Storage: Used to save quiz progress and site display preferences.
7. Data Retention
In Plain English: We keep personal data only as long as needed to deliver our services or meet legal obligations.We retain personal data only as long as necessary to deliver our services, except where we must keep it longer to meet legal rules:
- Transaction & Payment Data: Kept for 6 years to comply with tax and legal requirements.
- Account & Quiz Data: Kept for as long as you use our services, or until you ask us to delete it.
8. Your Rights
In Plain English: You control your data. Access it, delete it, correct it, withdraw consent, or complain to the ICO.Under the UK GDPR, you can:
