Outsourcing vs. Owning the Capability

Two ways to handle video. One keeps costing you. The other pays for itself.

The Agency Model
  • You pay $500 - $2k per video: the Agency Tax.
  • Slow turnaround (the Waiting Game): By the time the agency delivers, the moment you wanted to capture has passed.
  • Budget pressure: You end up posting less because every video costs money. Your content calendar shrinks around your wallet.
  • Revision Hell: Endless rounds of "not quite" because the people executing don't live your brand.
The In-House Model
  • You produce unlimited assets for $0 marginal cost.
  • You make edits in 15 minutes internally.
  • Post more, spend nothing extra: Once you can make videos yourself, there's no per-video cost. You can publish as often as you want.
The result: your own Video Engine. More content, no ongoing cost.

The "Ship It" Guarantee

Follow the 6-week roadmap and use the templates. If you still can't produce a professional brand video within 30 days of finishing, our team steps in and works with you until it ships, and if it comes to it, we'll produce the asset for you ourselves.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior video editing experience?
No technical or artistic background is required. We don't teach you to be an artist. We teach you a step-by-step process that gets professional results every time. The truth is, most brands don't actually need highly advanced, complex animation. They just need clean, consistent, and professional videos. We focus on teaching those core basics incredibly well so you can easily drop your media into reliable templates and get great results every time.
How much time does it take to implement?
During the 6-week Bootcamp, expect to allocate about 3 to 5 hours per week. Depending on your business use case, once you or your team have the system fully in place, it can take as little as 15 minutes to get from a rough idea to a ready-to-publish video using your new templates.
Are there any hidden costs or software requirements?
No hidden costs! However, to run the system you will need:
  • Active Adobe After Effects subscription (approximately $25/month)
  • A capable computer (recommended: at least 16GB of RAM, modern processor, dedicated GPU)
If you aren't super technical, don't worry. The pre-course kickoff walks the whole install through step by step before Week 1 starts, and we're on hand if anything fights you.

One thing worth knowing up front: your community access runs for 2 months on Tier 1 and 6 months on Tier 2, and everything you're charged for is covered by that. If you want to stay in the group after your window ends, you'll be able to extend it, but nothing about the bootcamp, your templates or your lifetime course access depends on it.
I want my team to do this, not me. Which tier is right?
You'll want to go with Tier 2 (The In-House Engine).
It's built specifically for business owners and managers who want to delegate the day-to-day video work. It gives you 3 learner seats plus your own manager seat, a progress dashboard so you aren't constantly checking in, and a commercial licence that covers multiple brands and paid client work, which Tier 1 does not.

Your team's work gets checked too. You have an allowance of async video audits, where we review a learner's project file and send back a recorded critique: up to 5 per company, roughly 10 minutes each with a 48-hour turnaround. Then at the end we run our "Greenlight" pass: you nominate one final project, and we sign off on its layer structure, render efficiency and organisation. That one is automatic and it doesn't use up an audit.
What actually makes Tier 2 different, technically?
Not the training, and not the files. All nine tools, the Master-Start container and the full curriculum are identical at both tiers.
We don't withhold a lesson from a paying buyer to make an upgrade look better. What Tier 2 adds is the seats, the commercial multi-brand licence, the human review, and one piece of software: the LearnAE Toolkit, a small panel that sits inside After Effects and handles the fiddly jobs for you. It tidies up messy project files in one click, checks your work for the settings that quietly ruin an export, packages a project up to send to someone, and keeps your handouts a single button away.

One exception, right now. Three of those tools are brand new, and while they are in beta we are including the panel with Tier 1 as well, because the more machines it runs on the sooner we find the rough edges. It goes back to being Tier 2 only once the beta ends. If you have it by then, it stays yours.
How do I know if I qualify for the Founder's Grant?
The Founder's Grant is a pricing subsidy designed to help lean startups and micro-businesses get world-class tools without breaking the bank.
To qualify, you must meet three criteria:
  • Your company must have fewer than five employees
  • You (the founder) must be the one actually taking the bootcamp and doing the video work yourself
  • You commit to actively engaging with the curriculum throughout all 6 modules to ensure the system is successfully implemented
Do you offer done-for-you setup for larger teams?
Yes! For enterprise brands, agency owners, and larger departments, we offer Tier 3 (The Executive Studio).
Instead of just taking a course, we step in and lead your video production for you. Think of it as having a fractional creative director on your team, without the full-time hire. Over a 20-week engagement, we'll audit your existing content, map out a custom production blueprint, and actually help you hire new talent or upskill your existing staff. The end result is a fully architected, running internal video production studio that you don't have to manage yourself.
What if the system doesn't work for my brand?
Your investment is fully protected by our "Ship It" Guarantee.
Follow the 6-week roadmap and use the templates. If you still can't produce a professional brand video within 30 days of finishing, our team steps in and works with you until it ships, and if it comes to it, we'll produce the asset for you ourselves.
